David LLoyd

It did go up to £165 but on Sunday it went back down to £44.

Think somebody got cold feet....

I thought it had been at a sensible price.

Something a bit odd going on, or just the usual retro / ebay shenanigans, much like your Formula 1.

I'm up in Cheshire next Monday & Tuesday on business.... ;)

Lucky you, perfect timing....

I'm not buying it! I've already got one, I was just, you know, mentioning it... in passing. ;)

EDIT: Just looked up where Frodsham is. It's about 20 minutes drive from my hotel.

I tried but just missed out.

Good price for that me thinks, especially if the frame is in as good condition as it looks.

I really wanted this... and got it!

Plan is to strip it of it's current parts and start again... I agree that the frame looks straight, I'm just hoping there's no cracks or other nasties...

It fits in with my love for quality steel and will sit nicely with the American and Canadian offerings currently in the cave. I also have a Ti Dave Lloyd Road Bike, so it will sit nice with that.

Overall, I'm dead chuffed!

Will start a thread when it arrives!
