Starting to build up a 92 Explosif 
on a tight budget
The 1 1/8 threaded P2 forks have 162 mm of steerer and the Explosif has a 130 mm head tube so....32mm max stack?
Have not had much luck getting stack height from the online shops. I've searched on here and gather that most Shimano will be too high. Tange and Ritchey Logic seem to be low but I'm not sure how low (have seen 34 mm quoted for Ritchey). Anyone know? Other options that'll get me on the road without breaking the bank?
