Judging by the paint on the fork it's resprayed model probably out Tequesta or Karakoram as it's got a Bologna Lite fork.

Cable routing (no groove tube) and integrated seat clamp suggest something lower (Timberline/Talera/Outpost).

looks like its one of these 1996-97 timberlines judging by the original paint colour.

I'd get confirmation the seat post is not stuck as someone has gone to trouble of stripping everything else and not selling but leaving seat post and saddle ?
