Damn, too small for me
I don't see anything wrong with selling it. Bikes often get left at shops. On the occasions it's happened to me I've always given the bikes a good tune up and replaced anything that's need replacing, but if the original owner can't be bothered for whatever reason to do anything with the bike, I'm not going to feel guilty about it. It's safe to say that most people that leave bikes at shops earn more money than bike mechanics do.

.I don't know the Expresso's I have seen have a plain dropout. This one has the flange surounding the dropout.
