unfortunately due to a persistant nose bleed issue (well some sort of orange liquid pouring from my nose) I don't think I'll make it this time.

Well i learned a few things today. One is that my perception of my fitness is far from where it actually is and another is that disk drives can withstand a fair amount of punishment!

Cheers to the two guys who showed today for their patience on the uphill sections. Banging down Butser hill at 40 mph at the end of the ride compensated for it!
