Sad times but my little run around has to go!
I'm emigrating in the coming weeks and this is last big thing i need to sell.
Right its a 2.4 petrol. The honda Vtec is amazing and initially you might wince because of the size of the engine, but it really doesn't drink petrol! The motor comes alive around 5500revs and does really shift. Handles well for a big car also.
Its got an almost full service history. Recent years i've had my mate who a mechanic service it so no stamps etc. MOT's all present and every year it flies through. Leather, doors, steering wheel... HAs xenon bulbs in (i do a lot of miles, not a boy racer). Hands free parrot for Nokia (I've never used it), cruise control... its basically top spec but with out sat nag.
Has covered 132000miles and i've stuck 60000 of those on it. Has recently had disks and pads all round and a new battery. Its a Honda so it just keeps going... this one does it fast and on long trips MPG is awesome! I've just done Oxford to Lincoln on less than half a tank for example.
Bad points, few paint chips and scraps (most would Tcut out), the hand-break needs adjusting but this is under warranty of the parts I've had fitted so will try and sort if I've time. Rear parking sensors don't always work, 6CD changer jammed last year and i've never got round to fixing it... to be honest i'm struggling to find bad points
So looking on evilbay they similar milage they are fetching upwards of £2300, Auto trader they are going for a good £500 more!
I'm looking for something close to £1800 for a quick sale.
No deposits, dibs... turn up and drive away! Oh MOT isnt due until March next year and tax is due in next month.
At this price you could make a few quid on it or run as a family car as i've done!
I'm currently working out of Oxford and the car will be available from 2wks today. Depending where you are i'm willing to deliver if you cover petrol costs.
