Regarding the Race Face stem, is the main body colour a titanium/graphite\dark silver colour look, or does it have this purplish cast (which I thought might just be the photo).
Also what is the handlebar and fork measurement please?

The stem is a metallic grey colour, graphite-like (gun-metal) as you suggest. it takes a 25.4mm bar and fits 1 1/8" steerer
