I was going to chemically dip this frame but when removing the bottom bracket the inside of the frame is fine. It was well lubed inside. Only the outside with no protection has took the bite. I am going to take it to be shot blasted in the affected areas and get a spot of weld on the chain stay as there is a hole and maybe a spot on the seat tube and take a file to it.

It's going to get a new lease of life, that's all that matters.
Frankly I'm worried about that hole. If that's due to rust, there's a high probability that there is more rust on the inside.
