Are the outside diameters comparable then? Managed to squeeze on some rock shox elastomers as a test, and went part elasto, part spring on a spare set I had and it seems to work ok, but even the RS ones aren't as wide as the pace ones.

from memory they were a slightly smaller diameter than the OE Pace ones (mind mine were in a poor state and collapsed). i'm pretty sure i still have some left over form trimming them up/down to fit.

Not sure if you will get mcu's (no idea if pace moved to them)
But bog standard elastomer use. Polyurethane rod

Might want to look at online shops as well.
