1 x 203mm A2Z front adaptor - PM caliper to PM fork (new but no bolts) AD-PMPM203
1 x 203mm Hayes rear adaptor - PM caliper to IS frame (mint)
They will all work with various other disc manufacturers' parts as well as Hayes.
Cheapest I can find for the lot is about £45 in total (the A2Z cost me over £15 alone) so £23.50 posted in UK for the lot, can chuck in a wheel's worth of rotor bolts if required
