1" headset stack height, 30.0mm, 30.2mm and reaming headtube

Re: 1" headset stack height, 30.0mm, 30.2mm and reaming head

What do you think to it?
That one is a bit brutal aesthetically- looks to have been designed in about 1930. Midlife has found you an alternative! Saw this Ofmega earlier, too, from the link on another headset thread- scroll down to number 25...http://hilarystone.com/headset.html I presume it's JIS

It's defiantly a 27mm fork race
I'm still trying to work out whether or not there's a typo in that..
:)

Unusual for a Dawes frame/ fork to be JIS......

Personally I'd blow another tenner and get something a little more upmarket, that knurled topnut would catch my eye all day long .

Many thanks Shaun :D
That looks an excellent choice.
I must admit I wasn't sure about the knurled nut either.

I'm pretty sure there definitely was a typo

Cheers for the link torqueless. I'm really not up to speed with 1" headsets.
