Very much stretching the rules - simple to sort - you have the evidence of this seller pulling his sales, simply email ebay and they will look into it. Totally agree with you that these sort of sellers need outing as poor traders.
 
This is bullshit! Trying to contact ebay that is!! So hard even with all the listing numbers they say they can't accept old invalid listing numbers!FFS
 
they make it difficult but the complaints department is here:

or email - either way it's a bloody minefield, and in the real world what will they do? slap on the wrists and the seller continues on his merry way.

alternatively contact the seller direct and see who this character is and then take his/her answer to ebay and see what they say.
 
Just add him to your list of blocked sellers.

Why would you want to buy from him.

Not to say I don't agree with you making others aware. By all means we should all block him.
