I seem to remember someone was selling some adhesive brake hose clips recently.

I didn't need them then and can't find the thread now.

Even if those particular ones are no longer available, what suggestions do people have that I can use to replace these zip ties?

M Part do adhesive ones that stick to the frame (obviously!) and you just clip the hose in and there is a tiny cable tie that goes through it for extra security. Chain Reaction sell them for about a fiver a pack from memory.

I think SJS do nice metal ones that fit into any existing top tube cable guides that look quite nifty as well.

Thanks for that, I did look at the M-part clips but the description said they were curved to more esaily fit onto a round tube. Not helpful in this instance.

My frame does have hose guides as here:

but the previous owner fitted the zip ties to stop the hose "slapping about".

I have the M:part ones on my Pace frame, yeah I was a little concerned about their "curve", but in reality you press them on and they're so damn sticky they just adhere to the flat surface of the tube.
Had mine on several weeks now & they are still solidly fixed on.

Will grab a pic when I get chance...
