Wanted disc brake to suit Formula tabs

I have a Kona with marzocchi bombers Z1 with formula tabs. I need a disc brake that will fit as I would like to be able to stop. Just having a back break is a little too exciting for me. Not bothered what it is or how pretty would just like to stop

I'm affraid You're not having to many options...
Only early Formulas will fits to Your fork witthout any shims/converters - that's just their own standard...
Some early formula brakes You can find also branded as a Corratec

What model of z1 forks as thought hope did a caliper that fitted no4

Been finding it hard to find a number 4. is it just that one with the correct centres. Mines definitely 48 not 51

Sounds about right for the measurements might have a caliper half at home will check in about 2 hours when I'm back pm me so I remember
