I got a drill mounted polishing drum from Halfords that works a treat and that was £6.99...I set about the frame with Autosol and a scourer sponge and then a cloth polish finally a drill polish and the one tube I have done came up well! I do also have a Dremmel with smaller polishing bits for the fiddly areas!
