Ritchey - old MTB bike with Shimano Deore XT equipment

When aluminium frames started to become popular, BITD, Specialized were stuck with a lot of steel tubes, these were shipped to Taiwan and made up and then plated and sold off with various branding.
This looks like on of them. BITD, my local LBS bought about 50 of them, from a trade show. they were well made and light and were made from "Nitanium" tubing, a higher grade Crmo.
They were wisely flogged off into the European trade in the mid 90's.
No way is is a Ritchey though and really only a cheap hack frame value wise.

Although potentially quality tubing well put together - like those Saracens that were regular on eBay recently :)
