Help with Road Pedal Identification

These appear to be Sampson pedals. I believe he called them "Stratics" or something.
they were around a bit in early 90s. Eric Sampson still has a shop here in Denver, CO.
He has frames and parts made with his name on them. He might have some cleats still.
They had this crazy high back end on the cleat and one walked around with toes
pointed up toward your own forehead.
