when I was a teenager, I had a set of XC Pro platforms that came on my Specialized S works. I had a nice set of SPDs swapped on, and the XCs sat in my tool box. After a year of fighting for space with them in my tool box, I tossed these completely new-zero-miles, not a scratch platforms into the trash, figuring that in the 90s, no one would ever want a set of old tech platform pedals. They were champagne coloured too BTW.... :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:
