Hi
Just aquired a Gary Fisher Aquila.
Cream, V brakes, 8 speed, fully ridged.
Apart from a few spots of rust its mint.
How do you find out what year this is?
How much do these go for?

Look in the galary section here, there are fisher catalogues...

Post a picture would help, load on photobucket or the like and use the IMG code. You will need to post 5 times before you can do this though.

As for price, if its newly acquired probably what you paid for it. Else ask in teh "what is my xyz worth" thread (sticky) at the top of the MTB chat section.

If memory serves me correctly that will be a 96 or a 97. They were about £600 new I think.

Yep, that looks like it.
One of the tyres has been changed tho.
There's a few small rust marks. I wonder what the inside of the tibes is like? is this usually an issue?

Expect it will be fine if its only ssuperficial on the outside. Get some vinegar and wipe of the rust or search on here if its bad to see how to treat it.

And post a picture up!
