This time i made the chainstay protection in aluminium, brushed. Not quite as nice as the one i made for the bj but for now will do.

That is STUNNING! absolutely lovely and am sure an amazing transformation.
I would design my own decals in a classic style.
I can image a custom white metal eagle headbadge (theres a contact been mentioned on here somewhere that does them for a good price), and then gold rimmed black "British Eagle" and "Touristique" decals in a classic serif font, perhaps make "Touristique" italic.

I have been thinking about it, this is a tweaked font i tried, gold with black lining. Not sure this is the the final result.
About the headbage, i have been thinking about a custom eagle yes, but i have also been thinking about a custom logo that has nothing to do with the bike itself but more to do with me. This requires further thinking...

Lug lining in progress... Respect to all the pinstripers, this is not a walk in the park.... (at least for me).
