That said I had a choice a year or so back; spend a fortune on a carbon 'me too' frame or spend the same fortune on a rare, handmade frame that will see another 10 years of service when the carbon will be religated to the back of the garage in favour of todays next big thing. Haha - just noticed this thread - I remember noticing the frame on ebay straight away! I'm SO glad it was WAAAY too big for me otherwise I'd have been either a) tearing my hair out b) robbing a bank or c) selling my grandma.
I think the price was reasonable to be fair and would probably have found a way to pay for it had it been in my size
