Amazing especially as my old 94 Explosif was not metallic green but red.
Catalog specs and colours change - if you note, even tagged on at the bottom of that catalog is a 1993 1/2 spec sheet for 3 other kona's

There are enough topics on here regarding the same subject on the colour of the 94 model which was used to reference as the majority were in orange and the grey only being available for a short period in 94..
If that is not the case then I stand corrected although the new owner had said the same thing.
