How bad is the drive side chain stay? (Any pics?)

There are three dimples on the chainstay where the rings pass. The rest of the chainstay was covered in duct tape, now removed and the metal is ok

Would make an excellent all-terra tourer/expedition bike. Just needs a blast and powder coat.
