Which bikes it for?
In my questions trying to find what fits mine I found there are circular disc, 3 of them or a plate similar to that in the picture. But more rough and ready though.
You could probably cut one from a sheet of Alu if you have the tools.

It's for a Rocky Mountain equipe fluffy, first ride out , new rings chain new cassette. Twice I had dreaded chain suck. Second time took some effort to free the chain. It has the little bosses for the plate to attach.
The front mech although working perfectly on the stand was a temperamental bugger out on the trails. The chain suck is coming from beneath.

For the ring version, which is older but thou could use washers, look in one of the two Altitude 1993 (UK or the US one I can't remember) by Captain cosmic.
Other than that I just don't know if that other plate will fit.
