Kona Rear brake clamp.

I need a brake clamp thingy for a rebuild but can't seem to find one. What are the chances of finding one and what are my options? Any help please.

Sorry, its for a Hahana, i think about 95 ish. Seat clamp is a 30mm if that helps.
