saw this on BBC earlier. At minimum that is driving without due care and leaving the scene of an accident. Obviously the woman is so stupid to go and boast about it that she deserves everything coming to her - they live among us people. You have been warned!!!

I really can't believe the part about not informing the police. If that was one of my mates I would have had the Police there immediately. No one called the police? Incredible.
