At £78 a year for a >601cc motorbike I bet I pay more Vehicle Excise Duty than f*+ktard lady does for her no doubt dinky little fuel miser hairdresser Yaris/Ka [Delete as appropriate] and I don't even have a car. Being a cyclist though I pay no road tax... because of course it doesn't exist. I hope she loses her licence and gets driven to work everyday by someone more sensible than she is. Worst case scenario would for her to be confined to public transport where she can enrage otherwise law abiding commuters by wibbling into her phone for the entire journey about her inane life [I suspect every conversation she has ever had has had all the content of an empty handbag].
