Got the blues - colour matching

Took my '95 CinderCone frame to Halfords and found the closest match for "Kona Turquoise Metallic" seems to be "Rover Kingfisher Blue". It looks very similar indeed. Now i've got a paint code which a paintshop could mix and the end result would probably turn out pretty close.
Before i go ahead, can anyone recommend a more accurate method of paint matching? I guess a professional painter could use some kind of reference colour chart or try to mix it manually using his skills/experience..
Any tips? Thanks.

Someone else said that the Mica Blue from the Scooby rally cars is close too. Looks a bit dark to me though.

Just remember that if you use car paint it will chip horribly easily. A stove enamel is more durable, but you will probably find it harder to get a match.
