Picked this up this morning!

Haven't had a chance to properly look at it yet but it has Campag wheels, Shimano Exage group set and no brakes! (it was being used on a turbotrainer)

Potential and lot's of it - liking the colour scheme, perhaps a switch to a Campag groupset would do this more justice?

Agreed. A Campag groupset is a definite I think as my only other Italian bike has Shimano, which is original, but a 'full' Italian bike would be nice.

I'll try to keep the original colour, but it is in slightly worse condition that the pictures suggest, so it depends how successful I am in removing the rust and other marks. If that does not work I might have to go fr a single colour respray, green I think!

Polish the frame, remove rust and re-touch some of the paint and keep the original paint if you like the final results.
