Kona Hot!

Just picked up a Hot, that has been repainted and does not look Hot.
I know they came with custom paints, but don't know how to get it re-painted. Any input is appreciated. Not much online on paint schemes.

hey,

if i was you i'd look at getting it painted by 'spectrum powder works', i think that's their full name, they're in california somewhere but as far as re-creating retro paint schemes on your side of the pond they are the best i've seen.

he works with them alot, and his stuff is second to none having seen it in the flesh at the North American Bicycle Show last february.

with the Hot frame there were as you say many individual paint jobs done, i'd look online for some pics and maybe choose something you like but then alter it to suit your colour tastes so that it is still individual

They're in Colorado, but close
