Help Needed:Is my Klein attitude frame is a 2005 or 2006?!?!

Re: Help Needed:Is my Klein attitude frame is a 2005 or 2006

i doubt running 100mm forks in a frame designed for 80mm forks will make any noticeable difference.

I'm running 29er carbons forks in an Orange frame designed for 100mm suspended forks and apart from the obvious lack of suspension i cant say that i have noticed any difference. In fact theoretically the bike should be more stable as the head angle is slightly slacker.

I wouldnt sweat it whether it should run 80mm or 100mm - klein didn't seem to worry from what you are saying.

As others have said the difference will be minimal, perhaps a touch more racey/sharper with 80mm forks and a bit more capable on the steep stuff with 100mm. Why not consider a fork like a Reba? Fairly easy to switch between 80/100 and try both set ups?

Ps nice frame
