Name That Seat QR!

It came of a Klein Attitude from circa 1992 (I tuned it up but the customer wanted a bolt rather than a QR). The spindle looks Ti and the whole thing weighs hardly anything. Seems really nicely made too. But it could of course be a piece of shi'ite!

Any ideas?

One addition is that the nut on the end is Ringle and not Fast Feather but the lever, skewer and cam seat are FF. Also the washer with the spring should be turned around so that the spring is sandwiched between the ringle nut and the wide part of the washer. Anal, me? Go on.

I was wondering that myself as I couldn't remember FF using that spring type arrangement and these things are designed to be fitted in a certain way and should be fitted as such, none of us put up with forks fitted back to front now do we :?: ;)

Anybody knows if they were made also QRs for wheels?
A while ago I bought a set of wheels (M900 hubs) and they're having same looking as this above titanium QRs
thanks for info
