A legend in the making! I have the latest album...He's on Jack White's label and has John Paul Jones playing bass! Gotta love it! Was on Later with Jools recently too...
 
It's logical that he should be popular on here - he's a bit like a retrobiker who wins a race with an obsolete rigid steel bike with cantis, and all the riders with modern bikes wonder how he did it.

Old-fashioned music played on a bit of junk with three strings, but still makes a really great sound and rocks like crazy.

saw him play live at the isle of wight fest a few years back - very entertaining :) much bettrer live than on vinyl/tape/CD/bits

He is the fixie riding pretend cycle courier of the roots music world.

The white kids dig him; naturally.
