Cannondale frame & pepperoni forks

Looking for frame & forks as i've always wanted a cannondale. Bought one off someone on eBay that was badly pacaked up and when it arrived part of the frame was pancaked

I take either a 16" or 18" frame.

fair enough, M2000 which I'm half way through polishing fits all your criteria, I'll finish polishing it for you, I've done loads so you'll get a good finish and having a frameset polished will normally cost you around £60, for the frame and fork all polished I'd like £100 plus £10 for the courier.
