i heard on radio 2 today that it is going to be the driest may on record.and i dont think it is possible to go up for 8 miles, you got to come down sometime

Ayyyyymen!

I can't find the graphic of the course profile, but I did find this:

11.4km lap with 380m of climbing per lap, steepest 21.2% up and 21.3% down, average gradient 6.6% up and 6.2% down

If correct, then that is useful to know.

I read somwhere that there is going to be some sort of course details release soon!!!!

1200 ft of climbing in 7 miles averaging 6 % sounds like fun for 24 hours

Shame organisers can't make the laps more enjoyable and use the actual "24 hour" as being more the challenge. Always felt with Eastnor they designed the route to just be an unenjoyable slog no matter what the weather.

(Saturday morning and moaning already!! )
