You have 60 miles of potty if what you say is true about the road run next week lol

Remind me to keep you away from any wooden benches.

the guy on the giant just needs killing the way he rode those hills, i mean come on bunny hopping on climbs is just wrong, i will use the race card on him next time.

thanks andy

+1

"Naked Gav" AKA the racing snake YOU made at least 50% feel very lardy, can't speak for the other 50% as they were mostly out of sight

Only Bum note was riding miles chopsing away to a guy on a Whisky Town racer only to realise when I got home it was Mr Ship (owner of one very sweet Yeti)

On a selfish plus point, Drystone Paul announcing that my X1 won bike of the ride floored me and more than made up for the pain I felt in my rubbery legs.

All in all another great day, And I promise not to leave my Allen keys on the front seat of the car next time out. Big thanks to all those who saved me from the perils of an overly Low seat post, a Crank that came Loose and the seat that ended up pointing skyward on a decent... and the list goes on
Threadlock has been ordered

Re: Retrobike National MTB Series 2013 - Long Mynd - AFTERMA

Nice pics it is sort of period correct as long as ignore new helmet-gloves-shoes and the rockshox logo and the jersey and tights are from 94ish and the bikes from 90/91?(so not very correct after all but hey I tried :))

Re: Retrobike National MTB Series 2013 - Long Mynd - AFTERMA

Loosely period correct then, the right decade more or less...

Was meant to unload that godforsaken wheel on you but got distracted by losing my wallet (thanks dsp), swap you for those tyres if you like, seems fitting!

My life from now forth is basically just passing the hours until Andy's rice is served. Does everyone feel like this now?

Nick, is the X1 1 1/8" ahead? I'm guessing not but will have something for you if it is! ;)

60 miles of Andy moaning on the road, think I might be busy next Sunday...

Re: Retrobike National MTB Series 2013 - Long Mynd - AFTERMA

More top pics chaps, although the link you've posted Rich doesn't seem to work?

@Andy - regards to Pat.

Should probably also mention the rally special stage which we had to navigate prior to reaching the Bridges, might be worth putting one of these in every ride. My stage was improved by having Cole Trickle glued to the rear bumper all the way up, nothing like having the rear view filled with the words 'Mello Yello' (or is that 'learn to drive with us').
