sat through till thurs out on bike after work average 10mile loop offroad in about 35minutes usealy do a20miler on the thursday night just to make me appreciate the rest on friday ,also walking a average of 8mile a day in work [i am a farmer].not long now till mayhem so will have to cut the rolles down

Fri 45min flat out am, 2hrs moderate pm commute
Sun 4hrs hard off road
Tue 45mins mod, 2hrs off road pm
Thu 45min easy am, 45min easy pm
Fri 45min flat out, 90mins hard pm
Sat bbq, beer, wine, beer, wine, shit, more crap, beer, spirits
Need to start stepping it up now, not long to go... best get some runs in too for that start line fun

o crap the last time some one saw me run they said i should try as an extra in a zombie movie ,this is all stating to sound like to much exercise any how backto the training going to try and at least 30mile up and around rivi pike tomorow got some new club members[the st,helens woollybacks]to put through there paces ,first one to wimp out buys the brews for the rest of us
