Early 90s trek 2500 carbon pro with shimergo set up

Having done extensive research online regarding successful / failed shimergo setups I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it. This how it went. I picked up an early 90's Trek 2500 carbon pro with alu lugs and alu threaded fork on ebay but the decals and lacquer were rough. I removed the decals and wet and dried the carbon to remove the old lacquer then added a few pinstripes and resprayed using simonize clear acrylic lacquer from a spray can and sprayed the lugs metallic charcoal. I swopped the forks with a pair of Alan alu threadless that were on a bigger bike which I also sprayed in metallic charcoal.

Despite reading about new campag shifters pulling different amounts of cable in different gears the new veloce powershift levers index perfectly with the tiagra 9 speed rear mech with the cable hubbubed
