XLM should have an XM serial number. What year is that? Can you do some detail pics?

It's a lovely bike. I guess it's a bit later and the S/N format changed.

Please cut that steerer down though!

I'd go for 660

Having said that, 660 doesnt exist according to this.

here you go - note that the headtube is still painted (Team Merlin). I was planning to strip out the residual paint and repaint the frame.

according to that page, "3939" doesn't exist either.
