I went back in February, they are pretty good, a little short, shorter than Cwm Rhaedr but more difficult on the way up as its singletrack rather than fire road and steeper. The downhill section has a mixture of everything though, rock garden, fast singletrack, berms, jumps. I only managed 1 lap as time was an issue but if you are going to make a day of it you can cut back half way down and go back up rather than going all the way down and having to do the full climb again
