Popped out to the garage this morning and I thought I'd sneak a couple of pics. You can't see the saddle (white Charge Spoon) because its hooked around the rafter!
Its taking shape though. I can't do much more without the forks and headset so I'm hoping they'll arrive in the next couple of days

I'm hoping that I can cobble one together tonight... I'll see if I can knock one up with some threaded bar, a couple of blocks of wood and a few bolts
