And it rides pretty good. Need to lengthen the chain a bit and muck about with the front mech too.

Got the cable threaded in the end - I used a wire coathanger than I pushed in from the stay hole and it somehow amazingly appeared in the top cable exit. Impressive stuff. So I taped the outer to one end and pulled it through. Job done!

Jez, that looks ACE!
Bet it 'sounds' great to, what with the disc drive rumbling, the front disc rattling (presume it's a floater) and the hollowness of the frame.
Love to see that build in the flesh, never seen a trimble live.
By the way is the disc a replacement for the pro or have you still got that on the Yo?

It is a heavy beast tho. Well its a lot heavier than the others....

I think its also the first bike Ive ever known where the front end is heavier than the back!
