I can confirm that is one of my old frames. it is an original Roberts no work done. the tubes were Reynolds, tange prestige and Columbus. there was no corrosion and the inside of the frame was treated.
The paint is pug Provencal met blue. the deals are correct originals and it was 2 pack clear coated. its was straight and reamed and faced before painting. it would make a nice build. i was half tempted to have ti back. :¬)
