rather unusual Bianchi mtb

That was far from desirable when it was new, so who would want to spend money restoring it now? The passage of time doesn't make a turd any more polishable.

Gush! There's the bucket of cold water

There's more metal in that frame than in Evel Knievals legs, and the groupset is unlikely to have Rotorvator riders licking their lips with avarice.

As a bike it looks dire, as a rare piece of MTB history representing a bit of a design cul-de-sac its probably worth adding to your collection if you could buy and refurbish it cheaply enough.

Re:

tis mine . i have never been one to listen to gossip. i make my own decisions.

the frame is hung up as is . the freewheel was missing a tooth and went to the bike shop. all i have done is remove the freewheel and rebuild the hubs and new tubes and tires so far . i may get round to doing more at some point .

i think its a cool bike.

i was happy at a score.

its not light given!
