Already seen a few, and we are currently up in the Highlands. Our Ospreys are here too.

We were in Florida last year, we were looking around a national park, and went NUTS when we saw an Osprey. The Yank we were with then told us that they're common as muck there. Kinda weird to think they're so rare in the UK.
On a slightly different note, I heard my first Cuckoo yesterday.

First Swallow, just one on it's own high above Derwentwater on Friday. Swallows and Snowdrops at the same time!
