19" Lightweight Steel/ Titanium Frame

Hi, hoping to find a quality lightweight (under 1900g) steel tubing or titanium frame. Needs to be for 1 1/8th forks and preferably for 27mm seatpost. Any offers are much appreeciated! Thanks, Sam

Chris king headset (inch and an eighth).
Rock shox sid sl forks 100mm with spare internals for 70mm.
Front mech XTR.
Syncros stem.
X lite titanium flat bars with x lite bar ends.
Sram 9 speed gripshift 9.0 sl.
Xtr triple chain set.
