It was the model before the TiBolt and only made for 2-3 years.

Obvious difference is the Ti-Bolt was made 1993 onward with fast-back seat stays and slant cut seat tube with custom RM collar binder, as opposed to the wishbone on this and welded seat clamp. As well I believe Ti-bolts made by Sandvik and Titaniums made by Litespeed. Also I believe Ti-bolts geometry supported early suspension forks.

22.8" should be effective, sausagefingers… your measurement (same as mine, under 22") is actual top tube length, since the TT is sloped.
