Are you sure about the year?

I have a K serial number RSP road bike which is definitely 1999/2000 and so I would have thought you H number signified 1997/8.

The expert on all things RSP is Bikemeister2000, but I've not seen any post from him lately.

The RSP 550 frame came with disc mounts, it just wasn't specced with discs. Yours is a 97/98 as stated above, they're lovely frames and would go perfectly with a set of RC31s.

Lovely frame, I have the slightly newer one;
It too has holes in the BB shell, but I must get the serial number down and list it here tomorrow when I'm awake
