Er, Englund carts are excellent, and IMO much better than the original internals. Why do you want to swap them?
Get a shock pump and you're set.

You need one damping cartridge and one dummy leg. You have pretty much two of everything in those pictures bar the springs.

Those instructions above cover rebuilding and bleeding the damper.
