If those Ritchey pedals are compatible with Shimano SPD cleats, I'll take 'em.

Is the Tioga chromed stem for standard bars (it has O/S stamped on the back)?

Yep, pedals are fine with Shimano cleats.

The Tioga stem is for standard 25.4 bars (o/s refers to 1 1/8").
